A valid email address, where the person checking in will receive the confirmation for the reservation from Wyndham. 3. A phone number where the guest can be contacted by the resort personal prior to checking to make the process smoother. The reservation will be placed in that name and a reservation confirmation also known as "Guest Confirmation Certificate" will be emailed with in one day. This confirmation letter that we email within 1 business days, is all you need for check-in purposes. Guest Certificate is NOT sent out in the UPS or USPS by mail. Once the name has been assigned, it cannot be changed without an additional fee of $100. Any name change request must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival date.
