Description: This listing is for X-MEN #94 CGC 2.5. For a GD+ graded comic, the eye appeal doesn't get much better. You'd find many 7.0's that don't look this nice. I bought this comic in the 90s for a good price because it had been water logged, causing some staining. I've recently had it cleaned, pressed and graded. You can still see some of the staining on the front cover (like on the "e" in X-Men and bottom right corner) and the back cover, but the book is still bright and has very little spine damage or stress marks that make it present much nicer than books graded higher. (Honestly, I've debated resubmitting it to CGC and still might if it doesn't sell.)
