This printer has the 0031 issue and that's why I'm selling it for parts. There is no 3d printing filament included with this printer. I don't know if you can fix the issue or not but you can use the printer for parts or fix it up and use it as a normal printer. I don't know if there is another problem or if anything besides the filament is missing. The printer is sold as is.
