Description: Up for sale is this NEAR-MINT Yamaha YCL-221 II Bass Clarinet! This instrument is barely used. It is extremely clean and plays perfectly from top to bottom. The only signs of wear that I can find are a couple light surface scratches/nicks on the back of the bell (I tried to picture this). Cosmetically a 9.9+/10. This is the top student bass clarinet on the market and currently retails for over $2,600. Extremely reliable and durable with excellent response and sound. These are what we recommend to parents and what we purchase for our schools. I’m a pro musician and band director trying to downsize and clean out my hoard. I picked this up a few years back thinking I may use it for teaching and doubling - it’s just sat in my office collecting dust. Please help me make space!
