We may require signature confirmation in certain cases. RETURNS Returns must be shipped within 30 days of receipt of the original shipment. Returned items must be in original as new condition. Returned items must include all Original Packaging, Manuals, Hardware, Accessories, etc. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from us prior to returning any item for any reason.
