I think the print is supposed to be War Aircraft becoming Birds ( some of the print is Jets, some is jets with bird features). Men's size 38 on tag but use the measurements below for accurate sizing: Measurements: Men's Medium : 21.5" across chest from armpit seam to seam (43" around), 30" long .
