It is NOT card board, metal, plastic or wood. This listing is for two (2) Z scale buildings with various options for US Postal Office or Canada Post office. This is a card stock kit. Very detailed and low cost alternative to populating your layout with structures. No cutting is required! Easy easy easy!! Only two pieces make up the main building. All pieces come pre-cut with perforated folding areas. You do not need a ruler or scoring tool to make fold like most other kits. Our production process takes all the guesswork out for you! Only a narrow pair of tweezers (not included) to help with some very small parts. A fine tip brush and paint (not included) can be used to conceal perforation makes if desired. Card Stock is a form of thick PAPER. This is NOT a wooden or plastic kit. Unsure about card stock models? No problem.
