Description: This is a VoIP phone. It requires expertise to install. You can't simply plug it in and expect it to work. It will NOT work on a plain phone line. This phone requires a Zultys phone system and the associated programming to work. A Zultys 33g phone. Tested on a Zultys MX-250, then reset to factory defaults. Includes stand, handset and handset cord. If you daisy chain your computer from your phone (or wish to!!), this model is a big plus. It passes thru the gigabit ethernet to the computer. In certain situations you may be able to eliminate an ethernet port by consolidating phone and data (IT needs to set up QoS). This phone requires PoE (Power over Ethernet) --or-- a separate power supply (not included).
